Attending a Sleep Sense™ seminar provides a comfortable environment where a group of parents get together and learn how to take steps towards resolving their children’s sleep problems.
You will get to share experiences with other parents who are facing some of the same challenges as you and ask questions about your child’s sleep.
Here’s a brief outline of what you can expect during the seminars:
- Learn about the importance of sleep for children.
- Find out what the leading sleep experts have to say about the effects of lack of sleep on children.
- Learn how much sleep your child (and your family) needs
- How to establish a fun and practical bedtime routine for your child
- Hear our top tips to allow you to guide your child towards longer, better quality, sleep.
All seminar clients will receive one week of personal e-mail support with us. This is a great way to get answers to any questions that come up and we try to respond to all e-mails within one business day.

The next seminars are likely to take place in late autumn, however, we also offer bespoke seminar/workshops which cover everything in the seminars but we will address whatever particular sleep issues your group is dealing with. Together we will also create a full daily routine for your little ones, we will discuss what you need to do to resolve your sleep difficulties and create a personalised plan telling you how you need to go about it. These seminar/workshops are perfect for NCT groups and groups of mum/dad friends who want to tackle their sleep issues. The cost to attend a bespoke seminar/workshop is just £45 (for groups of 4 or more).

We contacted Jenna to organise a bespoke sleep seminar/workshop out of total desperation. My 5 month old daughter was waking throughout the night, sometimes every hour and would only settle for bedtime or naps by being fed to sleep.
With Jenna’s knowledge, guidance and support in less than a few days I had a baby who slept through the night and in less than 2 weeks is settling for and having substantial daytime naps.
I very nearly resigned myself to having a baby who just wasn’t a good sleeper thinking it would get better when she got older. I didn’t think we’d ever get to the stage where I could put my daughter in her cot, walk away and within minutes have her asleep.
