As a Little Dreams Consulting franchisee, you will undertake our in-depth training syllabus which includes our three and a half-day bespoke sleep programme. This mix of classroom and virtual training covers:
- Understanding and analysing customers’ needs
- Our proprietary techniques for sleep success at any age
- The science of sleep and attachment
- Client relationship management
- Sales and business development
- Lead handling and closing a sale
- Marketing and social media
- Business owner mental wellbeing
- Business basics – confidentiality, finance, and operations.
All of this, PLUS external training from industry experts including:
- Lactation Consultant
- SEO expert
- GDPR expert
One of the most exciting, and unique, aspects of the Little Dreams training is that we have Dr Michael Gradisar, Professor and Director and Clinical Psychologist at the Child & Adolescent Sleep Clinic at WINK Sleep in Australia and the Head of Sleep Science at Sleep Cycle in Sweden, on our training team! Dr. Gradisar has specialized in the treatment of paediatric sleep problems since 2006.
Dr Gradisar has spent a lot of time exploring the evidence and research around paediatric sleep and crying, something most parents want to discuss when considering working with us, so we are absolutely thrilled to have his expertise on the Little Dreams training programme!
Once you have gone through your initial training with us, you then have the support of a dedicated franchise manager who will be there to help you along the way. Our first-year consultants have access to an intensive ongoing training and support timetable, taking full advantage of the combined knowledge of the entire Little Dreams network! Our more experienced consultants continue to receive support from their franchise manager on a regular basis and access to additional training when it arises.
